QUESTIONS

1. START AN ORDER

We ’ll send you detailed shipping instructions. If you would like a quote before you ship you can send us the details of your project with photos and we’ll message you back a quote.

2. SHIP US YOUR PRODUCTS

Pack up your products and ship them to our Belgrade studio. It’s a good idea to try and select the best products if you can, trying to avoid dings, dents, and scratches. Of course, pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. Enclose your reference number inside the box so we can let you know when your products arrive.

3. WE PHOTOGRAPH YOUR PRODUCTS

When your products arrive in our digital studio we’ll contact you to let you know. Now that we have your products on-hand, we will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start. Once 50% payment is processed the fun begins and we’ll start with tweaking lights and shooting your object then … magic in postproduction ;) !

4. INSTANT ONLINE DELIVERY

Once your photos are ready and meet our standards for delivery we’ll post them in a private online gallery where you can view and download them immediately. We keep your photos available so you can come back and download them any time. If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charge may apply or not - depends) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back.
When the project is complete, on demand, we’ll carefully pack up and ship your products back to you. Shipping fees can be included on your invoice or charged to your UPS or FedEx account.

HOW IT WORKS ?


WHAT IS THE TURNAaROUND TIME FOR A PHOTO SET?

After your package arrive in our studio we will start our work on the same day.  Your photos will be ready within 5-7 business days of the start date. Please note: if your product requires special attention such as a very specific model demographic or destination, specific preps etc.  your photos may take longer to be returned and you may require additional fees.
We know how busy you can be and sometimes  is  very important and urgent to have done all preparation before your product is lunched. We can prioritize your project on demand. The best way is to
contact us.

WHAT IF I WANT SOMETHING CHANGED ABOUT MY IMAGES? CAN I HAVE REVISIONS DONE AFTER I RECEIVE IMAGES?

We will provide image revisions free of charge if your product was used incorrectly in any of the images, or if a specific key request from your shot list that is doable was left out of your final gallery. 

Revisions for personal stylistic preferences (we discuss before shooting) such as photograph angle, model pose, background or lighting will require an additional shooting fee since we need to completely reshot and do postproduction. All revisions must be requested to our photographers within 1 month after the delivery of the original gallery, which is the amount of time your product will remain available in our studio.

DO YOU DO INFOGRAPHICS ON PHOTOS?

YES we do offer infographics on demand. Also we offer full graphic design including: text, graphics, logos, manipulation, etc…

DO YOU OFFER PHOTOS WITH MODELS?

We offer photos with full-body models.  Also we offer hand, foot and other partial-body model-shots at a extra cost per photo. 

DO YOU OFFER LIFESTYLE PHOTOS OR PROPS?

We do offer a selection lifestyle photos. Please contact us and let us know what lifestyle shot you have in mind, and we will let you know if that is something we can shoot for you and provide a estimate price. 

If you want to include props with your photo, please contact us as well. When possible to save on costs please send us the props. We can also custom source props. Photos with multiple props and lifestyle photos are custom quoted.
Any limitations? NOPE !
Our lifestyle photos focus on small arrangements that can usually fit on a tabletop, anything that requires travel outside our studio, construction of large sets, or full-body models, is not available with this service, but we can simulate these more complex environments using stock photo compilations.

If you need large sets, models or shooting on location, we offering that service for additional cost. * 

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PHOTOS?

We require no upfront payment or deposit for orders of 250 photos or less. When your shoot is complete we will email you proofs and a invoice which can be paid online with PayPal or any major Credit Card. For larger orders, on-location, custom setups or customers with prior unpaid orders, we may require a small deposit.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Our pricing is based on the total number of photos in a shoot, or volume. The more photos you order at once the lower the cost is per photo.Click here to read all about our pricing.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE PHOTO OR PRODUCT?

We charge by the photo. For example if you are selling a product on Amazon and want 7 product photos of the same item you will be be charged for 7 photos.We offer photo packages for one product. You can se our best selling packages here:  ecommerce photo packages 

CAN YOUR PHOTOS BE USED ON AMAZON?

Absolutely. The majority of our customers sell on Amazon in addition to their own websites. We are familiar with Amazon specs and all orders include files ready for upload to Amazon, as well as all of the popular e-commerce platforms and web stores.

HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEMS TO YOU?

Please contact us and we will send you informations with instructions on where to ship your items and your order number which will be part of the address. Carefully pack up all the items that you need to photograph and ship them to us via UPS/FedEx or USPS. Pay special attention to the products you send,  ensureany labels are straight, and the product is in excellent condition. Our experience show us that sending us two same products sometimes can save you a lot of time in case the product is damaged which happens from time to time in transport, specially if you sending us fragile things. 

DO YOU SHIP BACK MY ITEMS?

Yes, if you want your items returned we do ship them back. We can either ship back on your UPS or FedEx Account, or Bill you for return shipping via UPS/FedEx. Please note we do not return items via USPS unless you provide a return label. You may also include a return label for UPS or FedEx. If you do not want your items returned, let us know, and we will either dispose your product at your request or donate reusable items. Let us know what you intend to have us do with your products within 30 days after your photoshoot (return, dispose, donate), or we will dispose of them for you.

I AM LOCATED IN ANOTHER STATE. CAN YOU TAKE MY PHOTOS?

Yes, we work with customers from around the world. As long as you are able to ship us your items, we can be your product photographers.
